Today I read about super setting. when you apply this to your training is it best to do two compound movements or one compound and one isolation exercise? This is meant to be an advanced training technique, but can't you use it on clients with little gym or exercise history. They would see gains faster and shock there body into overload quickly. What do you think?
Up and running
Hi everyone
This is my first blog so bear with me. I've created this blog as i have a lot of questions about being a gym instructor and personal trainer. I've just started my personal training course and need some help from people with experience working as a PT.
